Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent estate planning counsel to clients
  • Manage complex trust administration matters
  • Develop effective strategies to address client challenges
  • Cultivate strong client relationships
  • Assist with business formation, structuring, and operations
  • Draft, review, and file legal documents
  • Negotiate contracts and settlements

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Active California State Bar membership in good standing
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Estate Planning, Trusts, and Probate
  • Preferred experience in Business Transactions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in legal research and drafting
  • WealthCounsel and/or Hot Docs experience a plus
