This side salad strikes a perfect balance between the nostalgic charm of classic macaroni salad and the vibrant flavors of modern deli-style pasta salad. Feel free to make it your own with flavorful additions like marinated artichoke hearts, diced salami, or creamy cubes of provolone cheese.
