Mr. Goralka is Board Certified by the California Board of Legal Specialization as a Tax Specialist. In addition, he holds a Master of Laws and Letters in Tax (LLM) and successfully passed the CPA exam. He has over 20 years of experience, including serving as an income tax auditor and hearing officer with the California Franchise Tax Board.
